I'll try again tomorrow.

Some days it really seems to me that I do everything wrong...

But what I've discovered over the years is that beating myself up for that doesn't make things better: it actually makes them worse!

And so what do I do?

I face myself in the mirror, looking straight into my own eyes- and give myself a nice pep talk.
Then pamper myself with a long cleansing bath, to release all negativity, and I go to bed earlier to meditate and write in my journal a bit more than usual.
